Hey Guys i love to play Football game but in this game i lost my match against lower team what i doo please help me this is my Formation Picture Attachment 3560

you lost on your fault, look on your players condition, what do you expect if they have 30-40 condition before the game will start...

give them full moral and keep their condition above 80%

when i lose match i have condition above 80%

Okay....
when you have those things like Pricop already said, maybe you had set your team on hard tackling (with sometimes a lot of free kicks for the opponent), and/or you set morale at very attacking/defense.
Try to set them in that matter on normall

This also will greatly drown morale/conditions for the players.
After a match when you players have that low on conditions, it isn't that good. It can say that they have trouble to perform during that match

you can't lose so much condition after 1 game :) so you didn't had 80% + on all of them.

try to play that match again with all on 100% and all on normal and then look at the result.
