4:1:4:1, i play normal if i stronger than oponent, with press on my side and no offside... its work for me

If your defensive is not so fast you must play only normal or deffensive

Short passe is not good for deffensive mentality, short passes is good for possesion, so that you need play mixt or Long with counter attack

Your lack of goals will come from your lack of attackers, your best bet would be to drop one cm to dm and put one to AmC and play a 4231
