I'm going against an opponent later who has a formation which I hadn't seen before.

Shows up as a 3-2-3-2 formation and has 7 players in the attacking half. Any help?

Try 4-2Dmc-1Mc-2aml/mr-St.
Hard defending,low press,counter attacks on.
passing style mixed,zonal marking.
