3N-1-4-2, 4-4-2, 4-5-1V and some others as it is the easy formation to beat.If you are same quality with oppo, use 4-4-2 classic.With lone striker and without AMR and AML, his striker will be helpless.And make sure you have good ML and MR if you use 4-4-2 classic.

Lol? I use to counter 4-4-2 with 4-4-1-1 and with very good results... 4-4-1-1 I would play 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1 (variations on the same theme).

3N-5-2V looks good on paper, but you may lose in the midfield. But then, the defence blocks out the ST and DMC marks the AMC, so it's still effective.
