    Cup Opponent

    Hey guys,

Was wondering if anyone had some good advise against a level 23 413n2. I am level 19 and have a pretty good 6* team. His team is a strong 8* team that seems unstoppable in the cup. I am pretty flexible with formation, would like to know how you guys would approach this, formation, mentality and arrows.

    Thanks for the advice馃槉

I think you can go with 4-1-4-1

    Team Mentality: Attacking
    Focus Passing: Mixed
    Pressing Style: High
    Tackling Style: Hard
    Passing Style: Mixed
    Marking Style: Man to Man
    Counterattacks: Yes
    Offside Trap: Yes

4-1-4-1 it's good as also 4-5-1V but your orders are wrong.
    - Not attacking vs a stronger team (unless you want to reverse a bad result)
    - not attacking + counter attack - this fits with defending
    - if defending, no offside trap
    - hard tackling it's risky (for oppo free-kicks)

Do you think maybe easy or normal tackle? Still force a counter? Keep the team without arrows?
If a man has the right attitude, even if he is average, he'll work hard enough to play well. As long as he thinks he can be good, that's all that counts.

    normal tackling.
With 4-1-4-1 I would use red arrows to my ML-MR (unless I want to keep a good result).
With 4-5-1 V, no arrows (unless you want to score).
    counter yes
The most important is to stay in defense/counter mentality even if he scores a goal.
Don't go to attack as you have a second round.
Only in your 2nd leg, if you see you're loosing qualf., go to attack.

I won the first game 2:0. Stick with the same formation, orders for the game at his house?
