Its quite a narrow formation, you can attack down the wings. Looks like his right wing isnt as good, you may be able to dxploit that depending on the quality of your right wing.

You will win if the computer wants you to, or if you have a much stronger team. tactics dont matter. I played with my squad spred in every corner of the field, and i won because my team was almost 1 star stronger.
