Ok so im gonna play a cup match tmrw morning. His team rating is 80% while mine is 84%. He uses this wierd formation:

Please suggest a formation and tactics plz its urgent.
Also i won't be able to watch as it will be played at 3 am here.
Take
DR/DL/DC/DMC/DMC/MC/MC/AML/AMR/ST
Attacking mentaity
Mixed focus passing
Forward arrow in dl and dr and back arrow on 2 dmc.
High press,zonal marking,mixed passing style.

If there is no right back, use that flank to attack him. Just try and keep him out and you should be able to score down that side.
451v should work very well as his middle is very weak and also the right back missing is a good spot for you to attack.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I decided to use andrew and FVS advice and attack his flank with no right back and used 4-3-2-1. Won 2-1.
