* you can't have only two defenders. Must be at least three or else you 'll have a small penalty from the game engine and some times it's critical.
** If oppo is equal or better, always have a +1 defender.

Yeah...hard match but you will need a strong defense, probably down arrows on a couple midfielders down the middle.
Defensive, counter attack, low press and long ball prolly.

If you are playing defensive, use counters. Long ball might be advantageous on counters.
I usually use the formation of 4-5-1 when facing with a much stronger team. The result is always positive.
