need help to counter 4-2-2-2

I have a game today wich decide my CL season i have drew the first game with 2-2 using 4-1-4-1 my team is 10 stars better then him but i still got drew the first game any suggestion about how should i counter i played first game

4-1-4-1.
with DMC arrow blue and with my 1 CM red arrow to help my ST
with difensive , own half, hard, mixed pass , counter attack
