what is his DMR and MCs quaity? do you have better players or same quality?
4-3N-2W-1. Focus passing on your right flank.

DMR is 105% and dmc 100% his DR is his strongest player at 120%
Sorry you said MCs not DMC, they are 101, 102 and 104%
We have around the same quality of players but my team is slightly weaker

I would suggest 3-4-1-2 with back arrows to ML/DCs

Normal mentality, no counter or offside trap
Tried focusing on right flank but after no luck changed to mixed
Result 3-3 draw
I got 3 away goals so I'm hoping to score more and keep him at bay when I play at home

You can replace your AMC by DMC to have more defending strategy in case he didnt change his tactics
