Need a tactic for next seasonHELP

So this season was a complete fail,came in the 8-9 place and didnt level up so i would like to know a good tactic that works almost against every tactic! Team here :

4-2-2-2 is a very weak formation. Try 4-3-2-1. As one of your striker's leaving, you may even get an AMC for 4-2-3-1. And also change tactics and formations according to the situation.
Also, usually only one GK will do... you may sell the other, saves on wages, and gives a player a life

i cant sell the goalkeeper,the game that decided my fate(not leveling up) my goalkeeper got injured and i didnt have a replacement

what should the arrows be?

I do 2 down arrows on midfield against harder opponents, 1 up against easier. Up on AMs.

My tactic is
- blue arrows for my DC
- red arrows for my AML-AMC-AMR (unless I want to keep a result)
- blue arrows for my DR-DL if oppo has two good AMR-AML
red arrows if I want to reverse a bad result
- no arrow for my ST
- blue arrow for my DMC if oppo has a good AMC
- no arrows for my MC unless I want to keep or reverse a bad result during the game
