How to counter 3N-1-3W-2-1

Guys please help me to counter this formation 3N-1-3W-2-1.

I lost the first leg 3-0 playing with my usual 4-3-3. (It's CL league stage so I don't need 4-0). The teams are almost equally strong (I am 45, he is 44).

Please tell the best tactics too, along with the best formation to beat this team.

I would personally go with 3w-2n-2n-2w-1. Normal mentality, low press, counter on, down flanks, mixed passing, offside trap off.

Thank you. For this I will have to purchase a DMC as I have only 1 in my squad. I still have around 8 hours before the match though. Let's see if I can get a good deal in the market.
