Press hard, marking man to man, offside on, passing stile long... then there's the important, the team stats page, to see the team contribution in goal/assist'/MoM terms, never forget have this into account ;)

But the question should be... what problem have your team?

Why to use man to man and hard ? a lot of condition lost
