Orders for 3-2-2-2-1 ! ! !

Hello Managers.

I'm in a bad situation and having big problems of winning games. I'm at level 19 and tryin to play with a new tactic this season but I have no idea which orders I should use.

DC, DC, DC
DMR, DML
MC, MC
AMR, AML
ST

I have great players compare to the teams I've been played against and still dont score any goals or winning any games. I have tried different orders but still playing bad.

High or low press?
Defensive, normal or offensive?
Offside trap?
Counter-attack on/off?
Short, mixed or long passes?

I play through the flanks and thats what I should do, right?

I've been playing with and without arrows.

I need help to solve this problem.
