Hi guys!

I am a new player that am completely hooked on game after just a week or so of play. I am helping out my kid playing, and he created this tactic (with a bit of help from a friend of mine who played TE for 5-6 years...):

Could this tactic work? We actually had a lot of success the first week (we are still in the first div), undefeated in the league and cup and I was a bit surprised that we won in the association games vs lvl 20-35 players...

I would be really grateful for some advice on this tactic. What are the pros and cons? Which opponents should we look out for?

And especially, how would you guys set the coach's orders? Attacking/defensive? High or low pressure? Short, mixed or long passing? Offside trap and so forth.
