What arrows do I set to 4-3-2-1?

Hello, I started playing again Top Eleven before like a week or so, but yesterday I changed my team's arrows and I can't remember who what arrow had and when they played before 20 mins after a weaker team it was 1-1, which lead me to think that the arrows that I use don't work as before. Someone knows good arrows to set on my players? This is my squad's lineups:

AML———AMR
—MC-MC-MC—
DL-DC–––DC-DR

I would use red arrows for wingers
blue arrows for DC
blue or red for DR-DL depending.
If oppo has good AMR-L then blue.
If hasn't AML-R maybe red.
No arrow for MC in the beginning. Later depends.

Thanks for that, but why my players became out of nowhere so low? Yesterday I had only 4-6 stars players, now most are 3-4 stars. Why is it like that?

Because the season ended, and you got promoted, so the players lose a star.
