variations of 3-5-2

my next opponent is used to play only with the variations of 3-5-2 ...

usually he is play like this

my team can play very well the following 5 formations

MC MC MC
AML---------AMR
----ST----ST



which one do you believe will be more effective
against the variations of 3-5-2 ...
in order to win !!
also which of the above formation is stronger ??


P.S. i was search to the Guide for formations but i didnt got a clear answer !!
P.S.2 the game is today so please help me as fast as possible

personally i would choose the last one 3-3-2-2 with blue arrow on middle MC to keep the ball possession and cut the ball from his AMC or MCs then giving red arrow on your AML and AMR with attacking mentality

but my thinking is that
my best players are that 4 !!

ST
AMF
ML/AML
MR/AR

with the last formation am leaving out the
AMF ??!!

if u want to play ur 4 best layers then i suggest u to use 3-1-4-1-1

hmm ok and what are my chances against him ???
also what settings to put ???

red arrow on ML-MR also DMC using mixed passing and zonal, then a counter attack of course

I dunno wihich one is the strongest but my fav form among them is 4321
when i play this form, sometimes i turn it to 4-2-3-1 or 4-4-1-1
