Setting order

I confused to setting 4-1-4-1 formation. I have try any friendly match, but the result not good. Any suggest guys, thx

Yeah i know.. But i need the right setting of 4-1-4-1. How the passing, mentality,attack fokus, arrow, etc.

you can set: passing either; mentality: normal. attack forcus: both flanks; not arrow however you can put in MR and ML if you have MR and ML who are good player; i use this formation when meet the strong opponent; you need one very good ST because his perfomance decide your result match; Above My personal opinion
