if you 're better, normal or attack, mix pass, no counter, maybe try of side, zonal, low press, red arrows to AMs, maybe blue arrow to one DC.
If you 're weaker, defense/counter.

* but I always checking oppo formation

I play it this season. Normal, mixed passing, mixed focus, counter off, off side on (works for me but play around with it), zonal, high press (but low may work as well), reds to AML/R, blue to both DC's.

Against stronger opponents I may switch to 4-4-1-1.
