How to counter 4-2-2-2 hexagon (?)

I'm not sure if he use 4-2-2-2 hexagon...but the opponent have this formation:

Some people however may change the MC-MC to a DMC-DMC, don't worry too much about this as it will not effect the formations provided and would enhance your ball possession.

The 3-2-2-2-1 Butterfly is no longer effective vs the 4-2-2-2 Hexagon

4-5-1V Motivated

The 4-5-1V Style Motivated is also another option to use against the 4-2-2-2 formation.

Mentality : Normal ,if opponent is worse or equal, and defensive if opponent is better
Focus Passing : Through the middle
Pressing : Own Half
Tackling : Normal
Passing Style : Mixed
Counter : ON
Offside : OFF

I post this because I read on the forum and I didn't found the right solution against this formation and I had many problems when i faced with 4-2-2-2

Tested with normal mentality against opponent average 33.4 and mine 31.9...I won 4-0. (First match with this opponent I lost 2-0 and I played 4-5-1 V style) .Now I have 19 Win ,0 Draw ,1 Lost , he was the only one who beat me. The 4-2-2-2 was the only formation who created big problems for me and not only in this season.

Hope this will help all players with problems against 4-2-2-2
