Counter tactic and instructions for 4-1(DMC)-2(ML-MR)-1(AMC)-2(ST-ST)

It will save you sometime

Actually never tried this but 4-2-1-2w-1 works for me against narrow diamond and I don't see a reason it shouldn't work against wide diamond.
What did you end up playing and how did it go?

i need some help my friends.

My opponent's tactic is 4-1(DMC)-2(ML-MR)-1(AMC)-2(ST-ST) .

i want to counter tactic for him.Team's quality is same .

i played 3-1-4-2 and i won 4-2 .

I've seen a good 412w12 shut out twice over 2 seasons by a lower quality 451 flat.

4-1-2-1-2 ND . wide diamond is just like 4-4-2. beat it with narrow diamond everytime.

As above, how to beat a wide diamond?

4-1-2-1-2 narrow . focus middle, short. Low press, no offisde, .

Attack if stronger, normal if equal, defend and pass mixed and counter on if weaker.

Btw thats what I do and I have fast fullback with good defend skils, mc with high passing %.

I would use 4-1-2(MC)-1-2 narrow diamond. focus middle, zonal marking, short passes, normal tackling, low press, no offisde. If your team is better, i would play with Attacking mentality and no counter attack. If the other team is stronger, you can use deffensive mentality and counter attacking
