Need help with team!

Hi! I have a problem. I have an average team but I just can't find the perfect tactic to play with. I think I have tried everything...just can't get team playing normally...( Even played 1-1 with 35% team and I'm 96% )

Is the problem with orders or something, I just don't know. I didn't played like 6 months and now I just can't get going.

So I would love to hear you suggestions about tactic and orders and all the other things, that you can tell me.

Here is a picture of my team: ( Most of them are like 90%-99% players, 3 scouts.)

My teams play better with only one striker. It seems to me you could be attacked down the wings so I would have flat back four. Have you tried a 4-3-2-1 formation? It has worked for me

I have an average team

a team with young 5-6* players in the beginning of the season, is above average.
You have the stuff to try different formations.
Can you post a "bad" game you had ? (with your orders)

At the moment it's like this:

I wouldn't use :
arrow up for my ST (possible more off sides)
arrow down for my DMC - could help more in midf. area
up arrows for DL-DR if oppo has good AML-AMR

Also I would try defense/ counters, not attack.

If I play defensive, does it affect, when opponents are like 30%+ lower than me ?

no, many times it's better.
If oppo is weaker, more possible is to use defense so his area is "crowded"
So you try to drug his players from his defense area and strike back with counters.

Through the flanks
Mixed passing
Counter on
Press low
Zonal marking
Normal tackling
Offside trap off

Arrow up on: AML, AMR & ST
Arrow down on: both DCs
Other players no arrows

If u prefer attacking mindset
Arrow up on: AML, AMR, ST, DL & DR
Other players no arrow
