Suggest tactic

I go for hard attacking with this lineup, can you guys suggest me with what mentality/passing style should i play and whether i should play with offside traps and counter attacks on/off
I get many wins with this lineup with hard attacking mentality

Im not so familiar to this formation. However, i was thinking about the following orders:
Mentality: attacking
Focus passing: middle
Pressing style: low
Tackling: normal
Passing style: shor
Zonal marking
NO counter or offside trap.
ARROWS
Blue in DMR/DML if the opponent has AML AMR
Red in DMR DML if the opponent does not have AMR AML
