Counter 4-1-1-3W-1 who is a lot stronger

My opponent is playing a 4-1-1-3W-1 formation. 6-star (109.2%)

DOWN arrow - DL, both DCs, DR

It's gonna be played home first so I think I'll set it this way.
HARD ATTACKING
DOWN BOTH FLANKS
SHORT PASSING
FORCE COUNTER ATTACKS ON
HIGH PRESSING
EASY TACKLING
ZONAL MARKING
OFFSIDE TRAP OFF

This is just association match but I would still like to defeat a 6-star team.
Any suggestions anyone?

Maybe you'll have a chance if you play 4141,defensive,counter on,down both flanks,short pass,low press,normal tackling,zonal

Where should I put arrows?

Blue arrows for all ur defense,red arrows for mr,ml

Had the match and ended with a draw 2-2.

This was played HOME. 4-1-4-1, Defensive, Both Flanks, Short, Counter Off, High Pressing, Normal Tackling, Zonal.

He was ahead 2-1 then I scored making it 2-2. He tried changing to 4-2(MC)-2W-2.

How should I adjust now that I'm playing AWAY?

Should I continue with my current formation and tactics?

Good result,but from the ass man report,high pressing didn't worked,so maybe you will consider to play low press and maybe counter on;also long pass if he will play without DMC,anyway u did well!

How did you know that high press didn't work? Sorry I'm new the game. It's my 2nd season. :)

I should focus on long passes or mixed? when there is no dmc.

He changed to 4-3w-1-2. Im sticking with my formation. He is not using dmc so i'll go long passes. You think man to man would boost my defense? Since i'll go low press

In your ass man report he says that your players rarely intercepted opponent passes,this means that high press didn't went well,imo (not that I'm a fan of the ass man,but sometimes I listen to him lol)
Man-to-man is good,but your players will get tired faster than with zonal,also I would use long pass
