4-1-1-3-1 Will it work?

So, i bought pretty strnf AMC, and had to change my 4-1-2-1-2 formation to 4-1-1-3-1 will it even work ?
I could use some advice from you guys.

You have only one player in the midfield so you need to go with passing style long, Attacking. Counter on

this looks like an attacking formation (or at least playing defense counters).
But your team has low quality to succeed in any of them
In the first case, you wont have good ball possession and passing to your attackers
in the second, your defense probably won't make it.
Try to find some old, cheap 5* players.

I would like to know the counter formation against this

vs this q I would go with 3D wide- 1DMC- 2MC- AML -AMR- 2ST

vs a stronger, a 2nd DMC instead of 2nd ST.
