3n-1-4-1-1 or 3n-1-2-3W-1
3n-1-4-2 or 3-5-2 v-style (that's 3n-1-2n-2W-2).
4-5-1 v-style
4-1-2-1-2, 4-1-3n-1-1 .....
I would go with that
