I need help to beat this formation!

Sincerely it is a very strange formation (China) and all have been losing...

I'd go for 5-2-2(aml/amr)-1 or 4-5-1 V-style (dmc arrow down). Defence, counter-attacks, short pass, man-to-man. Set pressing on high if they use long pass or you're leading. Start the match with condition as high as possible, it's gonna be exhausting.
