Yes,
Normal mentality ,flanks,long passings,pressing own half (1st half) whole pitch(2nd) counter off ,with offside trap in whole press.
But you need strong flank players (amr/aml with shadow striker ability) + St(Fk ability)

yes that's good
about orders
- def/counter/long or mix pass (more def., stronger oppo)
- normal with offside trap (more risky)

imo, no best counter formation, just play with your own formation & with good rating player, if nordeus want your team win, no matter what your formation, you'll win, even oppo team has better quality
