well, indeed you must be playing attacking, red arrows on all wingers (dr/l, mr/l), and remove the counter attack, please keep in mind that the extra options (counter and offside trap) are used for specific situation, or briefly to be used in specific match wherein you play counter along with pressing own half and defend mode, or you play offside trap with pressing wholepitch and attack mode. These two options shouldnt be activated at same time. For instant, if you vs an opponent with AMC/R/L, you shouldnt play offside trap! Hope it is clear
