I'm thinking about using this formation because in the big counter-attacking thread, there seems to be no counterattack formation to the 3N-4-1-2.
But before I switch to it, I would like to know how you would setup your team when facing a 3N-4-1-2; i.e. what are the weaknesses of this tactic and how can you beat it?
