Help to counter a 3n-3-2w-2

Hey everyone, huge fan of all the forum threads it has definitely helped me a ton. My Cup match opponent beat me in the first leg using this same formation. He also had a 12% possession bonus since he was home and I was not spectating

Wondering what the best way to counter this for the second leg so I can do my best

My formation was set as a butterfly formation I think, 3-2-2-2-1. I usually play attacking with no offside trap, and force counter playing up the middle short pass

for sure you need DL-DC-DR-DMC in defense.
then use your best players in their favorite positions
better go defense/counters
