Orders on 4-1-2-1-2 and 4-5-1 V, need advices

I experimented in 3 friendlies several orders and formation, but seems like atm i can t score at all. I went from an avg of 6 goals x match and 12 consecutive wins to 3 l and 1 w in the last 4 games (3 friendlies), with 5 goal scored and 6 taken ( i took a total of 6 goals in all competition until now).
So i m starting to wonder if :
    A) nordeus is trolling me

    B) i m doing wrong in the orders?

If so, how should these 2 formations orders be played? Consider usually i'm stronger than opponent between 8-15 Q. I d like to know also hiw you d put arrows. Ty

I have great difficulty to find the good orders for a 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond. So good luck with that ^^

i play it red arrows on mcs, full pitch pressing, easy tackling, short passing, through the middle, zonal marking, no offside trap or counter

I also use this tactic and do not use large instructions. Only pressure on the entire field, zonal marking, the rest mixed.
