I'd do something like this:

3W-2(dmc)-2-2(aml/amr)-1
or
3N-3W-1-2(aml/amr)-1

normal mentality, set to def if everyhing is going well
flanks, obviously
mixed passing style, keep an eye on statistics and set it to short if the successful pass percentage is low or you're leading in the 2nd half
c-atks is on

Try also man-to-man, and if the opponent players are passing ball around with no problem (watch the statistics screen, not the simulation) then set pressing on high.

I would also go with 3DW-2(DMC)-2MC-2(aml/amr)-1
