I plain going with

Any suggestions?

your formation looks good but if oppo has better q, maybe you 're gonna need a 2nd DMC (maybe instead of the AMC, so you can add two red arrows to your ML-MR and wait from them some goals).
Also better start with def/counters

The first option doesn't fit to me cause I prefer put one DMC if the rival plays with an AMC. The second neither cause 3 centrals can't hold AML/AMR.

That sounds about right. My q is about 10% above, I have pretty good defenders and strikers. I pretend play defensive/counters.

How do you see if I change 1 MC for another DMC instead the AMC? Will it hold me back?

This formation go for both flank ,
Your suggestion is good as well 3w1411 , but depends on opponents st or 3 attacking midfield izzit have others position . More safe u can start with 4141 or 3w2dmc41 remember don't go middle attk u can't go through

During season I've already played against and I won with 3-5-2v, but the match is the cup's final, so I'm not sure that this is the best counter for the 3-3-3-1...any suggestions?

3w-2dmc-4-1 is better than 3-5-2v in your experience? And what about the orders?
