Counter for 4-1MC-4WAM-1 ?

Hello everyone, I have been looking on the forum for any information on how to counter this formation (4-1MC-4WAM-1), but I could`nt find anything. Its very offensive but has nothing but defenders on the own side of the pitch.
I was thinking of countering this formation with 4-2DMC-3WM-1 , defensive, mixed or long passing focus mixed, high press, counters on zonal marking offside trap off, red arrows on MR and ML.
Does anyone have any other ideas? I have players to cover all the positions, so Im open for any ideas, this is an important league match.

I wouldn't use high pressing from the beginning. You loose more condition without any sure result.
Maybe try it later, after 30' min, as "emergency" button (with hard tackling too).

4-5-1V and 4-1-4-1 also are good.
