Advice against "curious" formations

Hello guys!

Well I called them curious because I have never encountered them before (I am level 13), I can't find anything about them in forums either.:D.
There's a guy in my league who tends to use these formations (we're the same level)

3N - 3W (DML - DMC - DMR) - 3W (AML - AMC - AMR) - 1

and

3N - 2W (DML - DMR) - 3W (ML - MC - MR) - 2


Any ideas to how to perform well against the formations? I thought of a 3-5-2 for the first one, but not very sure for the second one.

you can use many formations like
3Dw- 1DMC-2MC-AML-AMR-2ST

3Dw- 2DMC-2MC-AML-AMR-1ST

3Dw- 1DMC-3MC-AML-AMR-ST

3Dw- 1DMC-ML-2MC-MR-AMC-ST

but in generals it's depend from your players (quality/ form/ lucky day)

I finally played him a few days ago, and I went for 3Dw- 1DMC-2MC-AML-AMR-2ST and won 3-0.
I had a bit more possession % though, but it surely went great.
