How to counter 4-1-1-3(AML/AMC/AMR)-1?

Can't find any information regarding the formation mentioned in the title. Anyone with experience/tips?

Try to see the counter of all populare formation table counter formations v2-0 formation-use
if there no one dispo try to find some formation u can use basing with ur player position

Try 3dc- 3(dml,dmc,dmr)-1mc-2amlr-1 or 4-1-3(ml,mc,mr)-2 defense,counter, through flanks

He has only one MC, you need two to get the midfield.

I'd play classic 4-5-1 V. Normal or def, flanks, counters (if you have possession advantage).
Or more exotic 4-2n-2n-1-1. Normal, middle, counters (if you have possession advantage).
If you need def boost and don't care about Condition, then Man-to-man from the beginning and High pressing in the 2nd half, if you're not comfortably leading at that time.
