Important match upcoming, need advice

Hey, I have an upcoming match which will decide who's taking the top spot in the league im currently in. His team got a better average. He plays this formation :

3-1-4-1-1

Is there any formation,orders you suggest playing against this team? I am playing as away tomorrow.

Would a draw be a good result for you? I'd suggest this formation, play a counter attacking game down the wings. You can also play with 1 MC and 2 STs instead.
