The opponent you have has too many players on the team unless they are not running a GK. I run a 3-5-2 all the time unless I want to go defensive with 4 in the back line and one striker.

Just play 4-4-2 orders def through flanks and counter mixed passing red arrow on ml/mr and blue on one mc and low pressing

if you play the match click on defending bonus

if the 2 sts dont come to the middle in defending then you put one blue on a striker
