when i using 4-5-1 v ill lose against Narrow diamond (seems not to work for me)

It's depend on your opponent mate.

I'm alway use 451v vs very stronger ND.
I think tactics is 50% and setting order is 50%

through mix
pass mix

whole pitch
no counter
no offside
zonal marking

AMR / L up
DMC down
