Since he have only 4 players playing at your pitch.
And also he have heavy dm in his side.
So Turn off counter attacks.
Play short passes.
Mentality Hard Attacking
Mixed focus passing
High pressing
Man on man marking as he have less attackers.

You can use 4-4-2 classic.
