I need to win or i will for sure go to nivea league

I think you can play 3 defenders and pack good 4 midfielders and 3 sharp attackers. That is
HOME MATCH - play offensive.
AWAY MATCH - Play normal.
The rest you know the condition of your players set it your self

I don't see it. The opponent attacks with 4 and only 3 to defend?

I will go with:
DL DC DR
DMC DMC
MC MC
AMC
ST ST

Normal or attack, depends of the q of the opponent, through the middle, mixed pass
