Advice with tactic and orders.

Counter attack with normal.. Always play zonal and normal tackling... Only play hard tackling if your opponents are really strong.

I play that formation all the time and it hardly lets me down

I need some good advice about those 3 tactics, which should I invest in. Because if I want to use any of those tactics, I need to buy 1-2 extra players. So all kind of feedback is welcome!
Also the big question for me is that if I play with 3 defenders and add 1 extra midfielder or keep 4 defenders...

The first formation is a illegal formation. 3 players on the same side.
Second one is a good formation 4-5-1 V.

i lost badly to this formation, i was playing 4-5-1V 25 quality team vs 23 quality team. i had more possession 10%
he counter attacked. how to over run him by 3 goals? important match need advice
