How should I use arrows if I play formation ( Also which orders are best for this kind of formation ) :

Arrows on your wide players (AML/AMR and DL/DR). Your orders are dependant on how you want to play..

If you want to play attacking... Attacking/Down both flanks/whole pitch/short passing/offside trap
If you want to play a bit of both.. Normal/down both flanks/own half/mixed passing/counter attack
If you want to play defensive... Defensive/down both flanks/own half/long passing/counter attack
