I'd start high, switch to low press later, normal zonal off; force counter, mixed or long, right flank, mixed and middle might be fine too, but you can take advantage right side. Probably normal mentality will be fine, defense can be fine to decrease opponent possession, I would switch after getting 1 goal up. 4141 seems a good choice, 442 probably fine 451 flat... Whatever suits your players. It's a trash looking formation, weak midfield, huge distance between lines... Just starve his possession.

I play 4 1 4 1 ho press, normal zonal force counter, mixed , right flank first half 2-0 for me, after i switch to low press flanks passing he score 2 goal final 2-2 :P so hi pitch wass good choice
