Formation against 4-1-1-3-1

Hi All

Please propose anything against this formation:

DL-DC-DC-DR
DMC
MC
AML-AMC-AMR
ST

I suppose defensive style will be fine

Just please tel me better choise from these options:
O1:
4-4-2ND, offensive thru middle, short passes
O2:
4-5-1V, defensive, flanks, long passes

3Dw-2DMC-2MC-AML-AMR-ST
for sure defensive but mix passing, not long

Don't have 2 x DMC

So I won 0:1 away.
It wasn't nice match, best player was goalkeeper.

I've tried 442ND, red on AMC, blue on DMC
thru the middle, short passes, hard own half, counter and offside yes.

He had 7% more possesion than me. I'm slightly better.
