Does constant formation changes affect team performance??
Example. If you always try to counter opponent's formation, does this affect team performance. I've just returned to TopEleven after 2-3y and what I remember from back then, that is the case.

I think it doesn't.
I have not seen changing formations affect the performance.
It makes sense though that some players play their best in one position, and they are medium players in other positions.
So if when you keep change formations you shoukd be aware in which position your player perform well, in order not to have a performance drop
if you have a 7*-8* and above q team, find a balance formation and keep that way.
If you have a 5*-6*-7* players, it's good to find counters.
