When you're playing against a 4 4 2, always have to go through the middle no matter what or depends on the players you have?
First leg is away so gonna go with defensive butterfly. Iwill try the attacking 4231 if things go bad at the home fixture
Btw, is still working the 3N 4 1 2 to counter the 4 4 2? Cause if the ML MR are offensive you would be short only with 3DC, don't you?
