Whenever i play like 31321 or some formation with three at the back to counter 433N and 43N12, my ass man says their attackers are overpowering our defenders. WTF.

Don't need fullbacks so 3 at the back (N) should work. Utilise the flanks using amr/amr as ml/mr are blocked by his fullbacks. Last season I used 3-2-3-1 against this and won 1-0.
3DC-2MC-3AM+L+R and a lone striker. Amc can be swapped with a DMC if you feel more comfortable with it.
