how do you play against 3-4-3?

According to my experience u should play a formation like 4-4-2 as
1)u will have a back 4 to stop his 3 strikers.
2)u will have equal number of players than him in midfield
3)u will give a challenge to his 3 defenders with 2 strikers.
4)most importantly u will have the option of playing down the flanks to destroy his defense as the back three play narrow
U can even play a variation of 4-4-2 that is the 4-4-1-1 as the opposition does not play DMC.hence ur AMC will freely operate
